廣西全通木業(yè)有限責(zé)任公司（以下簡(jiǎn)稱公司）成立于1996年5月7日。由于經(jīng)營(yíng)得當(dāng)，業(yè)務(wù)迅速發(fā)展， 2003年6月，公司正式更名為“廣西全通木業(yè)有限責(zé)任公司”，是廣西目前最大的木業(yè)建材企業(yè)。近十年來，全通木業(yè)相繼創(chuàng)建開發(fā)了“全通木業(yè)”、“澳中木業(yè)”、“澳斯諾涂料”等業(yè)內(nèi)知名品牌。現(xiàn)在公司的營(yíng)銷戰(zhàn)略已經(jīng)從廣西區(qū)內(nèi)擴(kuò)大到了全國(guó)范圍，同時(shí)，公司亦在積極策劃開拓國(guó)際市場(chǎng)。2003年8月公司再次投資達(dá)3000萬元人民幣，先后與澳籍華人合資成立了“廣西澳中木業(yè)有限責(zé)任公司”和“南寧澳斯諾涂料有限公司”。兩家合資公司均落戶于國(guó)家級(jí)南寧經(jīng)濟(jì)技術(shù)開發(fā)區(qū)，占地面積達(dá)90多畝。2003年公司通過了ISO9001：2000質(zhì)量管理體系認(rèn)證。
Guangxi Quantong Wood Industry Co., Ltd (below we call The Company for short) was set up on May 7th, 1996, and now is the biggest wood industry enterprise in Guangxi. In the past about ten years, Quantong Wood continually creates and develops three famous brands which are ‘Quantong Wood’, ‘Ausino Wood’ and ‘Ausino Coating’. Now the market strategy of The Company is that the marketing network expands from Guangxi to the whole China. At the mean time, we also energetic plan to exploit the international market. At August 2003, The Company established the ‘Guangxi Ausino Woody Industry Co. Ltd’ and ‘Nanning Ausino Coating Co., Ltd’ with Australian Chinese by joint venture, for which The Company has invest RMB 30 million again. These two companies both locate in National Nanning Economic and Technological Development Area which occupied the place of almost 100 Mu. The Company has past ISO9001: 2000 in 2003 and guided CIS in 2004. |
